By accessing or using MacAgent Pro or VetSorcery services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

MacAgent Pro: AI assistant software with hardware-conscious performance optimization.

VetSorcery: AI phone agent service for veterinary clinics providing emergency call handling and appointment booking.

3. Payment Terms

• MacAgent Pro Early Access: $297 one-time payment for lifetime access
• VetSorcery Emergency Coverage: $497/month with 7-day free trial
• All payments processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all services:

• MacAgent Pro: Full refund within 30 days of purchase
• VetSorcery: Cancel anytime during trial, or full refund within 30 days of first paid billing
• Refunds processed within 5-10 business days

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance.

6. Data Privacy

We follow privacy and security best practices. VetSorcery handles veterinary practice data with appropriate confidentiality measures. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days notice. We reserve the right to suspend service for violations of these terms.
